Do you accept returns if the product is defective?

Returns and exchanges for defective products only if it is purchased at our official store are as follows.

・Available period: If you contact us within 30 days after the arrival of the product

・ Return shipping fee: delivery fee at our cost

・Re-delivery fee: delivery fee at our cost

・Remarks: In some cases, we may not be able to respond to exchanges, such as it being impossible to arrange the same product. In that case, please understand that it will be refunded.
