If I no longer need the item I ordered, can I return it?

Returns and refunds are eligible upon verified purchase at our official store as follows.

・Response conditions: In principle, we will only respond to unopened and unused items that you contact us by phone or email within the response period.
・Available period: If you contact us within 7 days after the arrival of the product
・Return shipping fee: will be charged to the buyer
・Re-delivery fee: will be charged to the buyer
・Remarks: In some cases, we may not be able to respond to exchanges, such as it being impossible to arrange the same product. In that case, please understand that it will be refunded.
*We do not offer exchanges for PPF-cut films. Please be informed prior to placing an order!
